The data will be retained until the end of the initiative in 2029, unless renewed consent for longer storage is given.<\/p>\n<h4>e) Objection and deletion options<\/h4>\n<p>You have the option of objecting to further use at any time. Communication and working groups within the framework of the &#8220;Gaming for Democracy&#8221; initiative<\/h3>\n<h4>a) Scope of data collection<\/h4>\n<p>Participants in measures of the &#8220;Gaming for Democracy&#8221; initiative are to network voluntarily and come together to form working groups that are supervised by the Digital Games Culture Foundation and its cooperation partners. For the communication, planning and implementation of the working groups, the software services Miro from RealtimeBoard Inc. (USA), Notion from Notion Labs Inc. (USA), Planner and Teams from Microsoft Corp. (USA) and Zoom from Zoom Communications Inc. (USA) are used as processors. Notion also uses the Stiftung Digitale Spielekultur gGmbH to store and organize contact details of the named persons.<\/p>\n<p>The companies Microsoft Corp., Notion Labs Inc., RealtimeBoard Inc. and Zoom Communications Inc. process data outside the European Union.<\/p>\n<p>If video conferences and other communication formats are used, data such as participation in meetings, the duration and chat or message content as well as IP addresses or, if applicable, IP addresses. e-mail addresses. As part of contact management, the Digital Games Culture and Notion Foundation also processes the names and address data of the named persons.<br \/>\nIn addition, attendance lists are kept at events.<\/p>\n<h4>b) Legal basis<\/h4>\n<p>The legal basis for the collection is Art. 6 (1) (a) and (f) GDPR, in the form of consent to participate in the communication, as well as our legitimate interest in documenting our communication and storing the news and conference results, in particular if you contacted us.<\/p>\n<p>The legal basis for the processing by the companies Microsoft Corp., Notion Labs Inc., RealtimeBoard Inc. and Zoom Communications Inc. as processors of the Stiftung Digitale Spielekultur is Art. 28 para. 3, 6 GDPR in conjunction with the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission.<\/p>\n<h4>c) Purpose of data processing<\/h4>\n<p>The purpose of the processing is the preparation and implementation of working groups with the participants. The sharing of e-mail addresses within working groups is carried out for the purpose of networking between the actors.<\/p>\n<h4>d) Duration of storage<\/h4>\n<p>Meeting data that is collected only for the purpose of conducting the communication, such as the IP address, is only collected during the connection for the purpose of conducting the communication. The data regarding the preparation and implementation of the working groups will be stored for the duration of the project and then deleted. We only store communications longer if it is data that must be retained.
